KissAble Canine, LLC is a dog training company based in the Washington, DC metro area.  Our goal is to provide companion pet guardians a fun and an effective solution for their dog obedience needs.  Having a well-mannered dog is no longer a mystery.

Owner and trainer, Lisa Colón Tudor, started KissAble Canine in 2006 when she put her passion for dogs and her background

in consulting/business operations together.  She actively works with area rescues, shelters and continues to advance her education by attending local and national seminars.

In her downtime she enjoys her two family pet dogs, Jack and Betty.

Additional information about her canine credentials:

  • Certified Pet Dog Trainer (CPDT) through the Certification Council for Pet Dog Trainers
  • Certified Dog Trainer through the Animal Behavior College 
  • Certified in Pet First Aid through the American Red Cross
  • Approved Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Evaluator with the American Kennel Club (AKC)
  • Professional Member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT).


Mandy Saunders is the latest addition to KissAble Canine.  Her experience in dog daycare management and education in teaching places her in a wonderful position as a family pet trainer.  She continues to satisfy her passion for animal behavior by attending seminars on family pet training, reactive dog courses and studying canine body language.  In her down time she enjoys canine agility and trips to a home for the elderly with her therapy dog, Clementine.

  • Approved therapy dog handler,Pets on Wheels
  • Actively working towards her CPDT
